lowering a speed400

I am looking for a way to lower the Speed 400 se
at height. I have been riding many years (58) and I feel that the Speed 400 is a perfect match for me, if I can get the seat lowered. I really like the bike!!!

Hi fork clamps upper 14.5 N/M lower 18.00 NM rear shock bolts unfortunately i didnt save .

Looking for my first bike at 57 yo and 5'3". I went and sat on a Speed 400 today and was tippy toed on it. So, I made up mind it was not the bike for me. Until I read this post. Great Ideas all! I'm moving finances around and may go buy one next week!! Huzzah! TY
