Wow, what a difference, nice low thump but not loud, at 3-5,000 rpm it's so much more keen and no hesitancy, just waiting for a DNA filter now.

My friend has just fitted some aftermarket exhausts on his Royal Enfield 650, he went trough a similar procedure.
Previous to that, I have never heard of the 12 minute tune.

"Those instructions are for a workshop resetting the ECU to factory settings, after running the bike with an exhaust extraction system. Not for the user after fitting an exhaust or air filter. All you have to do is take the bike out for a couple of runs at different throttle openings"
