Anyone know what the torque specs are for the exhaust header nuts? I used 14nm, sealed so far but couldn’t find any information on it anywhere. Getting the O2 sensor wire free from 2 frame locking zip ties inside chassis was TOUGH!

I like the look of that too and wonder if it can be sourced in the UK.
That looks a nice sleek header, especially compared to the standard part. I bet there is a huge weight saving.

It is possible that I am mistaken but I think prior to the bike being released various options were shown and a stainless version of the Scrambler was one of them. As far as I can tell it is no longer on the option list. So perhaps that is an early promo shot.

Excellent!! Please let us know how it sounds, and how much louder than the stock pipe. Pictures on the bike please. And do you know what the weight difference is? I apologize for all the question, I'm very interested in such a mod.
The Riot decat header, mentioned a few posts up, is more or less the same thing, just a stainless steel pipe.
They claim the following:-
Beyond aesthetics and Decibels, our riot header pipe also offers a remarkable weight reduction of 5.6kg compared to the stock header pipe. Weighing in at 1.1kg!
That is about 4.5kg or 9.9lb.
I have this on my Speed400 the sound was sort of tinny, so changed the end can to Scrambler400X's, now it is much better than before. Definitely louder than stock but not so much as to attract attention while riding in city traffic. This thing is 4600 grams less than the oe header+catcon+resonater box.
Wait saving is 4600 grams. 400's header is double skinned, so the stock header looks bit beefy, have maintained the the same internal diameter as the stock, and needed to change the packing between the header and endcan as the old one is stuck to the oe header.
Triumph part. All 400's come with it as factory fitted.

Did you have that custom made? of is it something that is available in your market? That 4.6kg loss is very attractive. More noise not as much.

Just received notification that Hitchcox has released Full system exhausts for the 400 and 400X. I bought the slip-on for my Speed 400, but wish I would have waited for the full system.
